HKUST Start-up Series: Disrupting Urban Redevelopment with Property Technology (by Urban Scholar Consulting)

HKUST Start-up Series invites aspiring UST-entrepreneurs to introduce and share the ideas behind their projects in order to promote the entrepreneurial spirit among the HKUST community.

Hong Kong has one of the most dynamic property markets in the world. HKUST team Urban Scholar Consulting aims to provide the public, especially the minority, with a useful tool to calculate property value. In the sharing, Property Valuation Specialist, Daniel Ng, will introduce the concept of property valuation, and how their start-up contributes to the redevelopment progress in Hong Kong.
